"We just got thru our 12 month walk thru and fixes. Our experience has been great. First, we love our home and location, and could not be happier with the buying process with Sage. They were helpful and upfront with how the process would go. After taking possession of the home, we found a few small issues, and many were fixed quickly. As we got to our 12 month review, they were helpful with a few cosmetic issues, and even a few that we hadn't noticed, that they caught as they worked on the others. They also fixed a bulge in the tile, and the repair looks great. Overall the house is beautiful, and we are enjoying our experience here in Beaverton. The service was professional, and prompt.”

“We bought our first home last year through Sage Built Homes. We were happy with the buying/build process and are still very happy with the home. For us, the process started in October after walking the model home and selecting the lot we wanted. The house was completed on schedule and we got the keys in May. We were able to pick from several options and upgrades during the build process. SBH was helpful in walking us through all of these options and making sure their vendors were just as attentive and timely. SBH was also happy to let us walk the house a couple times while it was going up to see the progress. Every question and concern we discussed during our walk through and our home inspector's walk through was addressed. We pointed out the wrong finish was installed around the fire place (tile finish instead of our rock finish upgrade). The superintendent quickly got his vendors back out there to replace it and sent us a photo of the corrected fire place the next day at no extra cost to us. They even let us deliver our new washer, dryer and range prior to getting our keys. We have only positive things to say about our experience buying from SBH.”
